Q: I have a second computer that I transferred the lessons to, but it doesn't work
on that computer.
A: If you would like to transfer the lessons to a second computer
that you own, send us email via the 'support' link and we can reset
the license for your order. The second computer would need to
be connected to the internet to retrieve the lessons.
Q: My computer had to be rebuilt (for whatever
reason) and the lessons don't work anymore.
A: Like the previous answer, send us email via the 'support' link
and we can reset the license for your order(s).
Q: I get "invalid order number" message when
trying to retrieve the lessons for my order..
A: If you are sure that you have
entered the correct order number and email address for your order,
then this problem can be caused by:
1) your computer is not connected to the internet
2) firewall software is preventing the Riff Workspace application
from connecting to the internet.
Q: Does this work on a Mac?
A: No, we do not have a Mac version.
Q: Do you sell CD-ROMs anymore?
A: No, we haven't manufactured CD-ROMs since 2006 and we don't have plans to sell them again.
The downloadable lessons avoid shipping/handling charges and import
charges to non-US countries. They are available instantly
after purchase, so there is no waiting for delivery. The Riff Workspace application
will categorize lessons and allow you to mark your favorites. There is no need to
juggle CDs anymore.
