We have been using Window Media files (WMV) for videos for about a year now.

Are you getting an error message when trying to view videos?

Up until last weekend my video was always on Quicktime.....not sure how. When it went to WMV I lost all video, so I went to Windows update and loaded newest version of WMV which took care of the problem. Anyway....thanks for the response

Quicktime probably tried to set itself as the default WMV player. The Microsoft Windows Media Player will definately be required for this new format. I'm not sure if there is a way to not allow Quicktime to play WMV files. If we find a way, we will incorporate it.
