Lyle,
I have been visiting the site for a couple of weeks and am now ready to buy several CD's. I have been playing guitar this time for about 7 months (4 months with a teacher)I still consider myself a novice. My chief interest are in both blues and rock.
Where should I start. I have looked over the beginner CDs and feel comfortable with lots of chords and some barr chords.
Should I get start with Blues 101 or something simpler.
Thanks...

Hi,

Try Blues 101, Blues Rhythm Riffs, Blues Solo Riffs, B.B. King Style, AC/DC Style, Billy Gibbons Style. All of these are great to help you learn good riffs and technique.
