Is there a way we can alter the key of the riff/jam track during the live lessons. I normally have my guitar tuned down a half step so is there a way i could tune down the jam tracks a half step. thanks

This sounds like an interesting enhancement, but since you are detuning a half-step, you could consider using a capo on the first fret to bring you up to standard tuning. (Hey, it works.)

Hi Flathead,

It can't currently be done with the software, but we could add it in a future version. It's not a common request, so I couldn't tell you that it would be done anytime soon. But I can see that as being a useful feature now that you mention it.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Changing tempo without changing pitch is handy, but I'd really like to be able to change pitch/key without changing tempo. This would be really, really useful tool.

I don't know what it would take to implement, but in the meantime maybe you could post background jam tracks in several different keys.
