Dear forum!

I'm new here and I'm having problems. I ordered my item but havevn't recieved a confirmation or link to the download. Further, there is no reply from support etc.

I noticed they are not currently shipping CDs evidently as the site is under construction. I didn't get redirected to any download links after I installed the software the site states is needed to play the lessons.

The frustrating thing is "CD" is all over the site so I assumed I'd get a disk; a backup is nice?!

When I look at my cart, I notice my ordered isn't processed and I'm not sure what I can do about all this....

My payment has processed!

THanks for any suggestions!

Hmmm, I put 6 CDs into my cart last night but will hold off on ordering them till this problem is traightened out. I emailed them also and have gotten no response as of yet either. Seems to be a web site problem from what I can tell. Every time I post or anything I get sent to a page not found error mesage yet my post shows up. Wierd. Let's hope they iron this problem out shortly ... ;)

I think I know who you are (I won't say here). I actually have been trying to email you about this, but I haven't heard back from you. I'm thinking that my email is getting marked as spam and you are not getting it?

Hi Gabriel,

Yes, we have upgraded our system and software to support downloadable lesson collections.

Parts of our site still talk about CDs and we are working to correct those. The downloaded lessons turned out to be a overwhelming response (especially non-US customers) and we are behind on some things. But it's becoming automated and quicker.

Don't forget to check your spam filter setting; but yes, things are slow. I was advised they are working on it...
