Lyle Ronglien >> Speed Techniques >>

In today's left hand hammer-on exercise you'll be playing a series of triplet figures. This lick is designed to give your 2nd and 4th fingers a workout to build strength and speed. Pick down on the first note (4th fret - 4th string) then hammer-on the 5th fret with your 2nd finger, then hammer-on the 7th fret with your 4th finger. Do the same thing on the 3rd string but start with an up stroke.
