No guitar neck appeared?
If you do not see the guitar neck or you were never prompted to download the
browser plugin, look for one of the following conflicts:
 Disable any anti-virus or anti-spyware programs. Many of these program
block the installation of any such browser plugins. You can enable them
again once the installation is finished.
Change your security settings (in Internet Explorer under Tools->Internet
Options->Security) to "Medium-high" or lower OR add our site
to your list of trusted sites (under Tools->Internet Options->Security->Trusted
Sites->Sites->Add).
Refresh this page after making one or
both of these changes.
