This Meters type lick is 2nd part of the phrase from Monday that follows funky bass line of the looping jam track. Start by playing the open 5th string (A), then picking the octave note on the 7th fret/4th string. Continue the lick by playing a syncopated run down the 4th string (D) starting on the 7th fret and skipping to the 5th which plays a chromatic pattern down to the 3rd fret.
